Dispatch of orders
Update November 2020:
**Please note that due to the current Lockdown restrictions in England, we will only be dispatching orders on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays**
Orders placed before 12 noon shall be dispatched on the same day. Order placed after 12 noon shall be dispatched the next working day. We post packages every working day Monday – Friday, except on Bank Holidays.
Packages are dispatched within the UK, free of charge, by Royal Mail 2nd Class post. Other shipping options are available on request (1st Class post or 1st Class Signed For) at additional cost; please contact Selina if you need either of these services.
We ship to all UK postcodes including the Channel Islands and Northern Ireland. We don’t currently have any formal arrangements in place to ship to Europe or beyond, but if you would like to make a purchase from outside the UK please contact Selina for a delivery quotation.
Delivery of goods
98% of 2nd Class post will arrive within 2-3 days of dispatch, including Saturdays, however please allow up to 10 working days. The Royal Mail will not consider any package as ‘lost’ until 10 working days after the due date. If your item/s has not arrived by then please inform us and we can take the matter further.
We want you to be completely satisfied with the goods and service you receive from LaceyMay’s. However, in the unlikely event that you want or need to return an item you have purchased from us, this is our policy.
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, if you change your mind about a purchase you have made within 7 working days after the date of delivery, you are entitled to a full refund of the original purchase price of the goods you wish to return. You will not however be entitled to a refund of the cost you incur in returning the item to us.
To be eligible for a full refund of the purchase price, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, and it must be in the original unopened packaging.
If the item you purchased was faulty or did not work properly, or you think the item was not as described in the item description, please contact us before requesting a refund as we may be able to resolve the matter to your satisfaction.
If an item you purchased was in a clearance or other sale then it may not be eligible for a refund if you have changed your mind. If you are in any doubt please contact us before making the purchase.
