One for the Men

Every morning I walk toward this lovely and stunning doorway to the new shop at Craft-T-Life in Boscombe.

By the time you read this the unit should have arrived and the stock all in place and ready for lots o crafters to take a look and try a new craft.

With a wall full of wools, from chunky, Double knit and baby and knitting needles and crochet hooks for the though who like a nice creative craft to make and do. The stock is also changing most weeks so if you think you have seen everything then you certainly haven't.

We have be working around the fabric department this week. We have had lots of Christmas Panels come in and we shall need to get these on Fb and hopefully we have some that we can make our self to show off what we have. But that is next weeks projects to do.

the card making section is slowly being set up so if you are interested in card making then your more than welcome to come and have a play and see what other are getting up to.

With regular sit and craft morning 10-12 on a Tuesday and Thursday morning. So if you have a question then with the experience around the table we should be able to help anyone out.

Craft-T-Life has regular workshops during the week run by Creativate, which can be found on there Facebook page

www.facebook.com/creativatebespokearttuition

So if you are in the Boscombe area if you live here or are visiting the Bournemouth area then why not pop in. With Parking close by and lots of other shops within the Arcade, including a Dinosaur or three in the Science Zone. just along the way.

So the shop is easy to find if you can find a dinosaur.

THROWBACK THURSDAY

The Multipom frame was put to good use back in 2017. We where making lot of snowmen, Santa, and other Christmas related Pompom figures, in aid of a charity crafty sewing afternoon, in Christchurch, Dorset. As you can see the maker can make any size of Pompom. The Multipom frame is great as you can make more than one Pompom at a time. Depending on the size. last year I was making Christmas wreaths, with reindeers, Santa, Brussels and snowmen.
We shall be making more this year as they did sell rather well last year. what with being in the craft-T shop we may even do a workshop if demand is there.
So you can see Pompoms are not always for decorating furniture, You can have a lot of fun with the frame.
