Hanging up the Elf costume for another year

What a great event again at Kinson Community Centre on the 25th November. Everyone was in a Christmassy mood finding those unusual gifts.  The Elf uniform has gone back in the wardrobe ready for next year.

We were selling the last of our Christmas lines that week as we need the space for our new Valentines (14th February), Mothers Day (11th March) and Easter (1st April) products.

If you make your own cards then you may be looking and needing new clear stamps for the cards or ribbon for tying round Rabbits, Bears and Chicks. These items will be on our website by the end of December.

In other news

Last week was charity week; on Saturday we went along to the local Project Linus Sewing Day; the theme was Christmas Quilts, providing for those unfortunate children that will be in hospital over Christmas. Some of the ladies from Happy Patchers Quilting Group also attended, arriving with sewing machine and cake in hand!

We also enjoyed the Upton Community Festive Fair, promoting the crafting business in the Poole and Upton area. A very nice afternoon spent with crafters of the local area. Lots of nice festival stalls.
