Essentials Circular needle
Essentials Circular needles are composed of two pointed straight tips which are connected by a flexible nylon cable. These two ends are typically about 4 to 5 inches in length and are rigid and made of metal.
Using circular needles has some advantages, as the weight of the fabric is more evenly distributed along the length of the work, therefore is less taxing on the arms and wrists of the knitter. This make for easy knitting. The length of the cable is longer than on knitting needles since the cable and fabric rests on the lap of the knitter. Rather than extending straight out past the arms.
